Remote buttons not working

 

This Hofmann MOT Rolla control arrived safely and on inspection 1 button was missing and on testing no function was present on any button press, this was found to be due to 2 issues, the first was that the LED was cracked, this was replaced but still no signal was present.  The lack of signal was found to be due to a faulty crystal.  A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
