Customer's Fault Description
Will turn on, but press any other button will turn everything off. Therefore cannot be used to operate the equipment.
This MC-TX55 Micro Hi-Fi System remote control arrived safely and on inspection was noted to have a collapsed standby button. When a power source was added the control was found to be transmitting permanantly.
The facia was peeled back and a replacement button pad was fitted under the effected standby button (the complete facia is not available as a spare), full functionality was restored.
