Customers Fault Description : no power from any buttons on the left side but please go right throught it and do what is required as i cannot afford for this remote to not be working in the future
This Crypton remote arrived safely and was confirmed to have the entire left column of buttons being non responsive.
This was found to be due to a deteriorate ribbon cable, the cable was repaired and full functionality was restored.
