Customer's Fault Description
Was working fine, dropped it, no longer activates the heater. Replaced batteries, no change.

 

This plinth heather controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from either button press.  This was found to be due to a broken capacitor due to a warped PCB, the capacitor was replaced and full functionality was restored.
