Customers Fault Description : Only a few buttons appear to work and we cannot take the display out of standby.
This B&Q Electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many buttons not responding.
On opening it was found that the print was open circuit in various points, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
