Customer's Fault Description
All buttons need to be checked as some do not work correctly or not at all possibly due to loose internal wiring
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a large amount of liquid contamination over much of the button array (see images).
The PCB, button array and spacer was all given an alcohol bath to remove all contaminants.
