Customer's Fault Description
No infra red transmitting from the remote. My father in law took it apart not to my liking and didn’t make any difference. I then searched google and found you. I wish I had looked before my father in law looked at it.
This AV Amplifier arrived safely and on inspection had signs of openning around the edges. On testing it was confirmed that no signal was being emmitedon any button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty IR LED, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
