Customer's Fault Description
Power-on operating button will only illuminate when replacing or 'moving' a battery. Light flickers but goes out. Also, a battery connecting wire has come un-soldered under the circuit board.

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection had signs that it had been opened.  On opening the control the aerial was detached and one of the battery terminals had broken off, these were repaired and then the control tested, the original fault was then found.  The pcb had its usual break in the print causing the button array to become non responsive.  The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
