Customers Fault Description : Will not turn machine on. I turn machine on manually still won’t work then sometimes will work after a while then will stop again.
This DVD surround system controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent on many button presses. On opening this was found to be due to various spots of liquid contamination on various parts of the pcb and the keypad, both were cleaned thoroughly to remove all contaminants and full functionality was restored.
