Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working,even after changing battery. Adjacent twin bed with matching remote still working OK.
This adjustable bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding on any button press. This was found to be due to 2 problems, the first was that the resonator was faulty, a replacement was fitted. The 2nd issue was a faulty mode switch in the battery compartment, this switch was repaired and cleaned and full functionality was restored.
