Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped and now battery pack missing a spring and I don’t think the rest of the remote functions normally even if the spring were found! So it might need a complete overhaul.
This Ultraframe control arrived safely and on inspection did have 2 battery terminals missing, when opnened the PCB was found to be insterted backward and also was suffering from a lot of board warping around the main IC. This meant that a few of the ICs pins were detached from the PCB. The IC was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
