Customer's Fault Description
I can't get the remote to function at all. New batteries tried in the control unit and no sign of power and signal being transmitted.

 

This Hulsta electric bed controller arrived sfely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

 On opening there was a corrosion point on the PCB caused most likely by a battery leakage, this had corroded through a few points of the print causing some open circuits, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
