Brilliant Slab 16 Remote Repair Details

Model : Slab 16

Customers Fault Description : Buttons don't respond reliably any more, particularly the Off button and the combination of Off and Standby to light up when not on Pilot.

 

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have various intermittent button issues, this was found to be due to all buttons being high in resistance.  All four were replaced and full functionality was restored.
