Customers Fault Description : indicator lamp fails to operate and no controls function.
This vibradorm remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to not be responding on any button press. This was found to be due to 2 issues, the first was the crystal oscillator was faulty, a replacement was fitted. The mode switch was also cleaned and finally the power lead was replaced.
