Customer's Fault Description
The volume down button doesnt work at all, the volume up button only works if you press very very hard
All the other buttons seem to work, but probably worth checking
This Denon controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have dysfunctional volume buttons.
On opening the issue was found to be a liquid contamination on the main PCB around the affected buttons. The PCB was given an alcohol bath and the rubber keypad washed down and full functionality was restored.
