Customers Fault Description : FAILING TO RESPOND TO BATTERY

 

This vibradorm bed controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding on any button press.  This is a common issue caused by 2 things, the first was the oscillator which was replaced and the 2nd was the mode switch required cleaning.

Full functionality was restored.
