Customers Fault Description : Buttons not responding, very old remote
This Onkyo controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not responding on any button press.
On opening the reason was found to be due to a large amount of liquid contamination over all of the button array and the rubber keypads, this contamination was removed and full functionality was restored.
