Customer's Fault Description
Just stopped working and assumed replacement battery was required but that hasn't worked either.

 

This remote was received safely and a battery was included. on testing the battery it was reading 1.5 v instead of 12v.  A new battery was fitted to the controller and no fault could be found.  Therefore no work is needed on this controller.
