Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. None of the buttons operate the door.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be transmitting on all button presses. The remote was opened and a component test carried out but no issue could be found. After speaking with the customer it was found that the fault would not even show the LED illumination on each button press, this led us to believe that the power cable could have been at fault, a replacement was fitted and a few joints re soldered.
