Customers Fault Description : The remote control will not turn on.
This caravan mover enduro remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the power button. This was found to be due to a faulty button itself, this was replaced as well as 2 other buttons that were reading erroneously and full functionality was restored.
