No response at all from the remote even with new batteries installed.Was in working order and receiver control box all ok so fault is with the remote

 

This E-Go caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was not responding from the power on button, this is a common issue caused by corrosion in the print making open circuits from the power button.  The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
