Customers Fault Description : I think nearly half of the buttons don't work.
This controller arrived safely and on testing some buttons were found to be sluggish / non responsive.
On opening there was a contamination found on many of the buttons (see image), the keypad was washed down to remove all contaminants and full functionality was restored (please note that some buttons are only active when in a certain mode, i.e. dvd, avr etc which is the reason during the testing video i had to keep going back and forth to change the functionality and activate certain buttons)
