SIT Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Fire works with manual electronic buttons but no response from remote, the yellow light should light when a button is pressed. The operation is by IR ,the receiver or signal pick up is positioned next to the manual buttons under the fire.
This SIT fireplace remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press.
This is a common issue caused by faulty buttons, all four were replaced and full functionality was restored.
