Customer's Fault Description
System will close the gas valve but will not open it. I believe that it is the receiver that is at fault
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing it was actually the remote that was at faulty, even though it was illuminating it was not sending the signal on the up channel.
This was found to be due to a faulty 40.5 khz cystal, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
