Customers Fault Description : The remote suddenly stopped responding to any button presses so can't operate the tv at all.
This Television remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be sending a signal on any button press.
On opening this was found to be due to corroded print due to moisture contamination, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored. Please note that this remote is not waterproof and great care must be taken.
