Lower remote button ( to reduce fire) doesn’t work- the light doesn’t go on and there is no whirring noise. . ( upper one works fine- activates light and makes whirring noise).

 

This fire controller arrived and was confirmed to have a faulty lower button, both buttons were replaced and full constant functionality was restored.
