Customers Fault Description : sender button flame effect low buttons
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning / sluggish buttons.
On opening the reason was found to be a liquid contamination over parts of the PCB. The board was given an alcohol bath to remove the contaminants and full functionality was restored.
