Brilliant Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Top 2 buttons for "off" and "increase power" generally don"t work. Sometimes I get a response if I press hard. When I do get a response and manage to light the fire the system works so I know the lower two buttons function ok.
This fire controller arrived safely. On inspection it was found to have a broken clip on the battery cover and was confirmed to have sluggish / intermittent buttons. This is a common issue which was remedied by replacing all four of the buttons.
