Customer's Fault Description
We believe the remote to our Triton Luxury Body Dryer is not working. Previously replaced by manufacturer but now discontinued. Light is on the heater unit itself. Remote it fairly good condition. Buttons ok. Suspect circuit board failure.

 

This Bathroom heater controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be non functioning as per the customers fault description, there was small cracks around some of the buttons.

The front was peeled off (making the cracks larger) and the issue was found to be due to print damage caused by moisture getting into the control via the cracks.  The print was reworked and a plastic coating placed over the front cover to give a little protection.  It is important to note that this control is not waterproof and therefore care must be taken.
