Customers Fault Description : Fire remote control is not working at all .
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without and button being pressed.
On opening a full component test was carried out but no issue could be found, it was then concluded that the problem was a faulty I.C. Sadly this IC is not replaceable as it is encased in resin.
