Customers Fault Description : Remote will not connect to fire. Have tried new battery. Have taken photo of IR lens. Nothing happens
This Brilliant Slab remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have all four buttons being open circuit, replacements were fitted and full functionality was restored.
