Customers Fault Description : Only button that it is working is the “Stand By” button. Rest of them not working. Obviously tried new batteries with no success.
This Paragon Gas Fire control arrived safely and was suffering from the usual button issue. All 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
