Customer's Fault Description
The hand held part of the remote control works perfectly to turn the fire on. When turning it off it is ,at best, intermittent, and sometimes does not work at all. When it does not work the red light on the handset does not come on.
This control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a very intermittent button functionality. This was found to be a faulty button. All 3 buttons were replaced and constant functionality was restored.
