Customers Fault Description : Remote handset fitted with new batteries only works when placed within 25 mm of receiver G30- ZRRS
This fireplace handset arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to only send a signal a very short distance (less than 5 CM).
This is a common issue caused by a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
