RCS-01C Remote Repair Details
Model : RCS-01C
Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons appear to work and the battery cover is missing
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent, flexing the remote caused it to function temporarily.
On opening a crack was found in the solder to the IR led, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
The battery cover is missing and unfortunately we cannot supply a replacement as they are not available as a spare, this does not effect functionality.
