Customer's Fault Description
As discussed on the phone, batteries left in over winter, and battery terminals corroded. Currently working but would not like to rely on it.
This caravan motor mover truma controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have badly corroded / missing battery terminals.
The control was cut open and the missing terminal replaced, then the other terminals were replated with conductive paint and full functionality was restored.
