Customer's Fault Description
The Remote LED indicating it is in "programming mode" does not illuminate when paper clip is used to depress program switch. I cannot program Somfy LT30 motor to set raised and lowered position.

The IR raise and lower functions fine, but program function does not work
This Somfy window shade controller and motor arrived safely from Michigan USA. On attempting to press the "mode button" no response was found.
On opening this was due to the button itself being high in resistance, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
