Customer's Fault Description
We have 2 garage door openers this one has stopped working, we have replaced batteries to see if that was the fault but still not working. When we replaceded the batteries we turned off the power supply for 30 seconds. None of the buttons are working even though the red light comes on.
This garage door keyfob control arrived safely and on inspection there was contamination / corrosion on bot hthe button pays and PCB (see image). This contamination was removed and full functionality was restored.
