Customers Fault Description : Dropped on stone floor. Now only works if held about 1cm from fire unit.
This gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not have a strong signal being emitted. This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
