Customers Fault Description : No reaction from bed controller after testing on two alternative bed units
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be a bad solder joint on one of the oscillators legs, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
