Customers Fault Description : Does not turn sound on when on/off button is pressed
This Sony remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning power button.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a very worn button contact (due to it being the most used button). The contacts were reworked with conductive paint and full functionality was restored.
