Customer's Fault Description
Appears to be a problem between the ribbon from the keypad to the socket on the pcb. Our phone conversation refers.

 

This motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the ribbon cable did have signs of wear.  The Facia was peeled back (this has cause a slight discoloration on a portion of the facia, see video).  A continuity test was carried out and a few tracks were indeed open circuit.  The ribbon cable was repaired using conductive paint and full functionality was restored.
