Customer's Fault Description
Handset seems fine but will only turn fire down, it will not turn fire up. Fault seems to be receiver.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was showing 2 issues. the first being that the up channel was not working, this was a problem with the remote having a faulty 40khz crystal. This was replaced which fixed this issue.
The remote had a faulty LED which would show erratic behavior, this was also replaced and full functionality was restored. Also the battery block was replaced due to having corrosion on the terminals from a battery leakage.
