Customers Fault Description : Remote control works as expected to switch fire on but fails to reduce flame level or switch off
This Riva gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was found to not be responding on the bottom button press, even the indicator light would not illuminate. This was due to a faulty button. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
