No buttons appear to be working despite changing batteries. We’ve had problems intermittently for a while but now will not respond at all.

 

This canton soundbar control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish operation.

On opening the issue was clear.  There was contamination over a couple of the button pads / pcb.  This was cleared away and the board given an alcohol bath and full normal functionality was restored.
