Customers Fault Description : Green and grey buttons not working, unsure if red working but light does come on when red light is pressed
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons. When opened the problem was found to be due to corrosion over the button array (see image).
The PCB was etched back to remove the contaminants and then given an alcohol bath to remove all contaminants, full functionality was restored.
