Customer's Fault Description
Remote dropped on wooden floor resulting in the control not working.Light does come on when button(s) is pressed.

 

This gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any channel.  This was found to be due to a faulty Ultrasonic transducer.  A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
