Customers Fault Description : Light comes on remote but will not work receiver.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to have 2 issues, the first being the bottom button was very unresponsive and the 2nd was that the ultrasonic transducer was faulty in the remote.

 

Both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
