Customers Fault Description : Cannot get unit to switch on. Only get three flashes of green led when I first put batteries in. Then nothing else happens.
This caravan mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from its power double press.
This is a common issue which was caused by a break in the print due to corrosion. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
