Customer's Fault Description
No buttons working, red led not lighting up, has now ceased to work, maybe one drop too many.
This brake roller remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press.
On opening a few issues were found, the crystal oscillator had a broken leg, this was replaced. Also the LED was short circuit, again this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
The battery terminals were also replaced as they were showing signs of damage.
